Membership Details

  • All CrossFit memberships require 3 months of prior CrossFit experience — brand new athletes start with the Elements Program.
  • Memberships are monthly recurring subscriptions. Only written cancellation within 10 days of your renewal date will be honored.
  • No refunds are given for unused memberships, no exceptions.
  • Class packs expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Discounted rates are available for nurses, active military, and first responders — email your home location to confirm eligibility.
  • Only one discount may be applied per membership.

Want to train at both locations? We offer an add-on that gives members drop-in access to the other gym. Ask your home location's front desk to set it up.
